Love Connection

We’ve all thought about what would happen, and where we would be, if our life had gone in a different direction, and in this book, we get to see the different paths play out when a woman holds two plane tickets to two different places in her hands. Love Connections by one of my favorites, Camilla Isley, is the story of Gemma Dawson and her choice between crashing her ex boyfriends wedding, or co-starring as the maid of honor at her best friends wedding.

This book played out the two scenario lives side by side, and it was fun to see how things changed for Gemma as her path turned and forked with each different life. Then we get to see what Gemma really does, and where she decides to go from that airport.

When you read this book you will fall in love with Gemma, even though some of her choices might make you cringe or scream out “Girl, no!”. She is a lovable person who I can see myself in so much. Her relationship with her best friend, and her feelings toward her ex are so real and heart wrenching that you cannot put this book down until you see Gemma seal her fate. I encourage all of you that enjoy a good romantic comedy to go out and pick this book up, it has the perfect amount of comedy, romance, depth and soul to really pull you in.

Isley has always been able to write stories that keep you locked in, and she really knows how to play with emotions. I definitely wasn’t let down with this book, and this is the third book that I have read by this author. They just keep getting better and better. All of Isley’s books are romantic and funny, but they all have such different plot lines that it makes you wonder where she is going to take her readers in the future. I hope I will be able to read book #2 in this series because I need to know more, now. I give this book 5 out of 5 stars, pure amazing. I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
